To offer you the best value and unique designs, we ship our products directly from our fulfillment centers in China. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our international shipping process.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to customers in most international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team at info@humpthetrump.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Note: Orders with multiple items may be split into separate shipments depending on stock availability or fulfillment locations.

2. Shipping Costs

Domestic & International: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

Customs and Duties: Because we ship from China, orders may be subject to additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

To ensure the lowest prices, we utilize a direct-to-consumer global supply chain.

Estimated Delivery Time: All orders, regardless of destination, have an estimated delivery time of 10-14 business days.

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Note: It is normal for tracking information to remain "Pending" or show no movement for 7–10 days while the package clears international export customs.

5. Failed Deliveries and Address Issues

Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or fails to collect the parcel from a local pickup point, re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.

The 14 Business-Days Guarantee: If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of the shipment date, please reach out to us so we can track the progress or initiate a solution.

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact by shipping directly from the point of manufacture. This reduces the number of times a product is transported, lowering the total carbon footprint of your purchase.
